Melanie worked as an Internal Communications Manager at GTE Directories, a Writer and Video Producer at JCPenney Company, and in public affairs programming as Associate Producer of “Weekend” at WFAA TV – Chanel 8. Through her experience on staff and as a consultant and free-lance writer and producer, and on events, Melanie has learned how to work with all levels of employees and customers with patience, flexibility and focus. She is customer and deadline driven, creative, budget conscious and strategic.
Her belief is that work at all levels should include excitement about the products and services a company offers. When employees receive clear, honest and informative messages from management and when those messages are strategically supported, they too become more passionate about their jobs and more motivated and productive. This enthusiasm and loyalty bleeds over into increased customers and customer loyalty and repeat business.
